Since the Portugal factory is now closed down and we have no more dealings, please note that if the shoes subsequently need repairs, we can assist you (the shoes need to be sent to us) in having them repaired at our cost price, valid for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. 

  • Re-glueing any part or sole: FREE
  • Stitching of soles (1 pair): RM20.00
  • Replacing heels (1 pair): RM20.00
  • Attaching half soles (1 pair): RM25.00
  • Full rubber sole replacement (1 pair): RM50.00

These repair prices will only apply to the Sioux shoes bought under this clearance campaign and not for any other repairs for other shoes. Please note that we cannot offer any refund for any faulty shoe(s). Exchanges are permitted if the shoes are unworn.

This offer is back-dateable to Jan 1, 2021 in case you bought Sioux recently.
